from teachers to spirit wear partners
August 25, 2025

We didn’t set out to sell t-shirts. We set out to solve a problem we had lived as teachers. Every time spirit wear came through a school, it looked the same: dated clip-art designs, clunky paper order forms, and chaotic pickup days that turned the office into a warehouse. Teachers were stuck managing boxes, parents were frustrated, and students ended up with shirts that didn’t really mean much.

We knew there had to be a better way.

what was missing

Spirit wear should be a celebration of identity, not a chore. but schools were getting:

  • designs that felt generic and disconnected from their story
  • manual distribution that created chaos on campus
  • inconsistent quality that didn’t last beyond the first wash

Leaders wanted school pride. What they got was another project on their desk.

the ac approach

We flipped the process. Instead of dumping the work on schools, we designed a system that makes spirit wear easy and purposeful:

  • Story-first Design. Every item starts with the brand and values of the school, not a template.
  • Done-for-you Store. We build and manage an online shop, so no one has to chase paper forms or sort boxes in the office.
  • Ready-to-use Creative Assets. Schools don’t just get shirts. they get graphics, flyers, and social posts that help leaders tell their story and promote pride beyond the apparel.
  • Smooth Wrap-up. At the end of a sale, leaders get a clean report with sales totals, margin outcomes, and next-step options. No mystery, no mess.

why spirit wear matters to us

We are teachers at heart. We know what it feels like to be handed a stack of shirts to sort after school. We also know the power of seeing students and staff show up in designs that actually mean something.

Spirit wear became our way of connecting the two: honoring identity with intentional design, while taking the stress off the people leading schools.

what schools get from us

  • aligned design that reflects their real story
  • no-inventory ordering and distribution managed off campus
  • creative assets that extend pride beyond a shirt
  • a trusted partner who understands life inside schools
