Our content. The words, photos, designs, frameworks, templates and case studies here belong to The Alchemy Collaborative, LLC or are used with permission. Sharing a link is always welcome. Please don't copy, scrape, reverse engineer or repost our work as your own without asking first.

Free resources. Our free tools and guides are yours to use and adapt for your own district. Please don't resell them or repost them as yours. If a colleague would like a copy, point them to this site.

Links to other sites. We link to other sites, like our spirit wear store and client websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

No guarantees. We do our best to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we don't make any other promises or warranties about it, express or implied.

Limits on our responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or relying on what's on it. For any claim connected to this site, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us to use it, which for this free site is nothing.

Working with us. Paid work is covered by a separate signed agreement (a master service agreement and a statement of work). These terms cover only this website. If these terms and a signed agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Kentucky law. These terms follow the laws of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hardin County, Kentucky.

Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
